Reefer Parts and Service
After being in the refrigerated container business for over 35 years, we know the importance of service after the sale. Besides offering 24-hour technical support, we also offer reefer parts and service by carrying a full line of spare parts for the equipment we sell and rent.
Last year we opened a dedicated shop to refurbish and repair refrigerated machines. With that, we have a full line of spare parts to support our customers’ needs. In some cases, we’re able to find parts locally through the manufacturer’s dealerships. We also have a library of parts and service manuals we can email to you.
We can usually supply and ship parts in very short order, and have even met customers halfway from their location to help get their unit up and running! Not only do we offer in-person support, but also offer phone technical support and in many cases, we have walked our customers’ technicians through the troubleshooting and repair process.
