Building Startup Work Spaces with Custom Containers
Creating a Startup Work Space for new businesses is one of the best things about our company. We get to work with our customers starting a new business and help create their vision. Just in recent memory, we have worked with a number of startups. For example, this includes building startup work spaces for a dog kennel and also a Hydroponic grow room. Our latest project was a custom office build for a family starting a Tilapia fish and Aquaponics business.
Creating a Custom Office
The family starting the Tilapia fish and Aquaponics business had everything they needed except one thing. They needed an onsite office and laboratory. After researching all their options, they decided that a shipping container offered the most economical solution. They wanted something that would include all of their needs. Most significantly, something that could be made relatively quickly without costing an outrageous amount.
Our expertise is in converting old shipping containers into custom work and storage solutions. With this expertise, we were able to create the perfect office/laboratory for their new business. As you can see below, the before and after photos provide a look at the transition. We took a structurally sound (but not so pretty!) container and turned it to a functional work space. This work space included windows, doors, climate control, and just about anything else you could imagine.
