Greetings from USA-Containers! We would like to encourage our past and current customers to leave us a review on our containers or services.
We want to hear from you on your experience with our company. Even if you have never used our company and have only inquired into our services, we want to know what you’re thinking!
We pride ourselves on prompt responses to your emails, phone calls, texts and Facebook messages. Even if you are out of our service area, we will take the time to answer your inquiry and try to refer you to someone in your area.
I know when I’m surfing the web for something, take the time to fill out an inquiry on a company’s web site, and get no response, it really ticks me off! At least have the courtesy of a simple response! Something like, “Sorry we don’t provide those services” or “You’re outside of our service area.” Or even, “ I don’t like the sound of your name!” – anything, just acknowledge my inquiry!
Ok, enough venting. We know that you have options when you choose a company, and plenty of people sell containers. We try our best to set ourselves apart by offering prompt and professional services in every way. This includes little touches like deliveries within 48 hours of your order, progress reports and photos for modified containers and a fast, friendly delivery service from our truck drivers!
